Magnolia Public Schools proudly celebrates Mrs. Guadalupe Covarrubias, from Magnolia Science Academy 2, who has been named the 2026 Hart Vision Teacher of the Year by the California Charter Schools Association (CCSA).

This distinguished statewide honor recognizes educators who exemplify innovation, equity, and excellence in public education. Mrs. Covarrubias’s dedication to her students and her commitment to fostering curiosity and academic growth embody the spirit of Magnolia’s mission.

She will be recognized at the 2026 California Charter Schools Conference, taking place February 23–26, 2026, in Long Beach.
